HOW THE COURSE IS CARRIED OUT

The course begins with a general introduction to the basic terms of injection, and then goes into how to correctly adjust each of the injection parameters, such as temperature zones, closure and cooling.


Once these concepts are understood, the scientific molding form that you will receive in your INJECTION PROCESS OPTIMIZATION COURSE MANUAL is presented.


Applying these formulas in a real case with a simple piece will help us understand them more easily and see how they improve and optimize the process to the maximum.


A plastic part cost calculation module is also included, which is extremely useful for considering all the economic factors involved in production and determining the final production cost, as well as the profit per piece.


Subsequently, we come to the most exciting part of the course: practice with the machine. In this section, the part is weighed, calculations are made and the mold is programmed directly on an ATI-S8 machine. Here, we will see the theory come true and answer your questions about your current process.
