If you are looking to increase the profits of your plastic injection business but you don't know exactly how to achieve it or what areas you could improve to be more competitive in an increasingly complex market, we have the solution for you.
The theoretical-practical course Optimization of the plastic injection process , taught by Eng. Daniel Chávez (Technical Training Manager at AKOPET), is designed for participants with basic knowledge in plastic injection. This course will allow you to expand your understanding of various aspects of the injection process, focusing not only on the concepts and formulas of scientific molding, but also providing a comprehensive view of injection process optimization.

Personalized attention from qualified personnel, who provide me with practical and applicable information to improve my company and optimize my factory.
HOW THE COURSE IS CARRIED OUT
The course begins with a general introduction to the basic terms of injection, and then goes into how to correctly adjust each of the injection parameters, such as temperature zones, closure and cooling.
Once these concepts are understood, the scientific molding form that you will receive in your INJECTION PROCESS OPTIMIZATION COURSE MANUAL is presented.
Applying these formulas in a real case with a simple piece will help us understand them more easily and see how they improve and optimize the process to the maximum.
A plastic part cost calculation module is also included, which is extremely useful for considering all the economic factors involved in production and determining the final production cost, as well as the profit per piece.
Subsequently, we come to the most exciting part of the course: practice with the machine. In this section, the part is weighed, calculations are made and the mold is programmed directly on an ATI-S8 machine. Here, we will see the theory come true and answer your questions about your current process.
WHAT CAN YOU ACHIEVE AFTER THIS COURSE AND BY APPLYING THESE TECHNIQUES TO YOUR PROCESSES?
A stable and profitable process
Reduction of operating costs
Less fatigue in injection equipment
Reduction of damage to injection molds
Improvement in staff training
Standardization of processes
